Unfortunately, we are unable to return the coupon code you used for your original purchase.
If I return a product with a gift receipt, can I get the money back?"

If you return a product accompanied by a gift receipt, you can either exchange the product, or we can issue you an in-store credit.
I revieved the wrong Items, how will I get the Items I purchased?"

We apologize if this is to ever take place. VIVASSI will send out the correct order to you and confirm if you are satisfied. VIVASSI may contact you and request copy of reciept be provided for reference.
If I change my mind on an item ofter purchase, Should I return it?"

First Contact VIVASSI to verify if items have been shipped out or not. If so, you will be responsible for returning unopened/undamaged items and VIVASSI will make changes for to your benefit. If not, Items will be changed with no issues and an updated invoice/ receipt will be sent to you.
